More Cards from April's Stamp Club Group

Here's the rest of the cards we made at April's Stamp Club. They were all CASEd but tweaked a little bit. Enjoy!

Inspired by Vicki Burdick's design. Stamp Set was Simply Sketched, the verse is from Hostess set Express Yourself.  Color Scheme is Very Vanilla, Crisp Cantaloupe, Crumb Cake, Old Olive, and Real Red. My tweak was fussy cutting and moving the bird to perch on the flower stem. I just love to watercolor on real watercolor paper using the aqua painter and our SU inks.

Inspired by Leena Girsa's design. Stamp Set was You're Amazing. Color Scheme is So Saffron, Basic Black, along with retired Designer Series Paper. Do you notice the hot air balloons stamped with So Saffron ink on the card base and tag? I hand cut the Basic Black background to the Apothecary Accents framelit. I love how we could punch out the mini tickets from the DSP with the ticket punch and clip them to the corner.

Inspired by Mary Brown's Masculine Card design using the Gorgeous Grunge set. Colors are Sahara Sand, Soft Suede, Night of Navy and Whisper White.  My tweak was moving the Night of Navy blotches up higher on the card.  All my stamping ladies said if I'd used Real Red ink, we could have had a "Dexter" card! I said, "No Way! Not my style!"

This color scheme was inspired by several cards on Pinterest. The Pool Party, Whisper White and Basic Black color scheme is just so refreshing. I dug out my "old" decorative edge scissors to get the postage stamp look around the Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper. Petite Petal Punch  and Decorative Dots embossing folder also used.

This card was inspired by Kylie Bertucci. I just love the Real Red, Basic Black, Basic Gray, and Whisper White color scheme. The stamp set is called Petal Parade that was available during Stampin ' Up!s Sale-a-bration period this spring. The Decorative Dots embossing folder was also a SAB offering. You can add your choice of sentiment with the Decorative Label punch. How I got the Basic Black around the label was I cut the paper in an "X" and spread it equally behind the Whisper White piece.
